Mats consist of a 610gsm grey fabric Teflon Coated 2 side – Premium Grey for the outside and inside face, filled with either 25mm or 50mm thick 350deg C (60kg/m3) Rockwool blanket insulation, double machine sewn using kevlar stainless steel thread. One edge will have overlapping material to seal the insulation inside (as per pictures. We will supply you with Stainless steel lacing hooks, clips and tie wire for you to fix onsite.
For other complex shapes, please send us your drawings and specifications and we will give you an accurate quote. Please note Mats take 2-4weeks for fabrication. Size tolerance of +-25mm.
