Mats consist of a grey silicone impregnated eglass cloth outer, vermiculite impregnated eglasss inside face, filled with either 25mm or 50mm thick 650deg C (100kg/m3) rockwool blanket insulation, double machine sewn using kevlar stainless steel thread. One edge will have overlapping material to seal the insulation inside (as per pictures. We will supply you with Stainless steel lacing hooks, clips and tie wire for you to fix onsite.
For other complex shapes, please send us your drawings and specifications and we will give you an accurate quote. Please note Mats take 2-4weeks for fabrication. Size tolerance of +-25mm.
